Homemade mango fruity / mazza for hot summer

Ingredients:

Ripe mangoes 5 to 6
Raw mango 1
Lemon 1 or 2 ( depends on the tangyness)
Sugar 5 cups
Elachi 2 to 3 without seeds







Method:

Take out the sugar in a bowl r sauce pan add 2 1/2 cup of water in it. Keep the pan on the stove  to boil the water.  Let it boil for 5 to 7 mins to make one string sugar syrup if it's not happen in 7 mins keep for another 2 mins . Don't over cook.  Then the syrup will be hard. Keep an eye on it.  Once done keep aside and let it cool.
Wash and peel the raw mango make boil in water until soft drain and keep aside. In a separate bowl peel and cut the ripe mangoes and put it in the blender both raw and ripe mangoes along with elachi and blend it to a smooth paste.  Once the sugar syrup cools completely in  a separate bowl add sugar syrup mango puree and lemon juice and mix everything well. (Note before adding lemon juice chk the tangyness add according to it. ) now sieve the juice mixture.  Now fill this juices in a bottle and store them in a refrigerator.  You can consume it for 1 month.
When ever you need to drink take one part of concentrated mango juice to mix 5 times the quantity of cold water and mix well also add fresh mint leaves and ice cubes in to it.
