Chocolate spring roll
Chocolate spring rolls for kids. .
Kids loved it for sure....
Ingredients:
Spring rolls sheets
grated bar chocolate 1 cup
maida 2 tbs
water to make a maida paste to seal the edges
cinnamon stick 2
sugar 2 to 3 tbs.
oil for frying.
Method:
This is the one store brought spring roll sheets. Finely grated the bar chocolate as required and transfer into the plate keep into the freezer for 10 mins until it becomes crispy flakes. Take out one spring roll sheet spread the grated chocolate how we keep for the stuffing for spring roll and tightly closed with help of maida paste (2 tbs maida and water) like wise do the rest of the rolls and refrigerate for 5 mins. And deep fry it. While refrigerating .. in a blender take 1 or 2 cinnamon stick add 2 to 3 tbs sugar and grind as a finely powder and keep aside .. Once spring rolls fired into golden brown color take out from oil and coated with the cinnamon sugar and do the rest of it in a same way. Once u cut the rolls you will get the oozy chocolate out. . And it was yummy....
Thada. . Hot and chocolaty spring rolls are ready to be served for kids and can anybody can have it. Enjoy.♡♡♡
